We will have an interactive area for music therapy and recreation therapy. There will be food trucks and lots of vendors available. Airport Day Aug. 27, 10 a.m. Indy South Greenwood Airport brings the community together for a fun-filled day of activities, exhibits, and food. Free parking and admission. Attendees will see World War II aircraft, vehicles, and live re-enactors. Our local Young Eagles chapter will offer free plane rides for kids ages 8 to 17. Paid aircraft and helicopter rides available as well. Several flight training schools will be onsite for those interested in learning to fly.
