Recipes Cranberry Brie Bites Ingredients 1. 1 (8-oz.) tube crescent dough 2. Cooking spray, for pan 3. Flour, for surface 4. 1 oz. (8-oz.) wheel brie 5. 1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce 6. 1/4 c. chopped pecans 7. 6 sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1” pieces. Directions • Preheat oven to 375° and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, roll out crescent dough, and pinch together seams. Cut into 24 squares. Place squares into muffin tin slots. • Cut brie into small pieces and place inside the crescent dough. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, some chopped pecans, and one little sprig of rosemary. • Bake until the crescent pastry is golden, about 15 minutes. Yields 24

Snowflake Martini Ingredients 1. 3 oz. white chocolate liqueur 2. 2 oz. Vanilla Vodka 3. 2 tbsp. heavy cream 4. 1/2 c. ice 5. 1 lemon wedge, for rim 6. 1/3 c. white sanding sugar, for rim Directions • Using a lemon wedge, wet the rim of your martini glass. Dip in sanding sugar until rim is coated. • In a cocktail shaker, combine white chocolate liqueur with vanilla vodka and heavy cream. • Fill shaker with ice and shake well. • Strain mixture into prepared glass and serve.

Redmond Lights at city hall has an afternoon holiday market, a tree lighting at 5 p.m., and fireworks at 6 p.m. Any time after 5 p.m.,

follow the trail of lanterns from city hall past choirs and performers to Redmond Town Center for entertainment until 8 p.m.
