Your Chef TIM HOCH Cooking is a true passion for Tim Hoch, Levy Restaurants’ Executive Chef at the Spectrum Center. Hoch became a fan of southern cooking as he built a 20-year career mastering regional flavors as Executive Chef for different venues throughout Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida and North Carolina. Tim draws on his classical training to develop innovative menus with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Tim joined Levy Restaurants Sports & Entertainment Group in November of 2000. Over the past 16 years, Tim has participated in some of the world’s largest events including 3 Super Bowls, the Kentucky Derby, many PGA golf tournaments, NHL playoffs and All Star Games.
