SpeedCell® columns contain smaller compartments, called cells. Cells are stacked vertically to create columns. SpeedCell® columns are then suspended from a specially designed steel suspension track system that fits into existing or new pallet rack. This system creates rows of columns that can be filled with product. Suspension Systems SpeedCell® Storage Solutions use a patented steel suspension track system that fits efficiently into new or existing selective rack. Columns are suspended between tracks that allow front and center rows to have left to right movement, thus making all products stored in a rack bay completely accessible. Standard • Suspended within selective rack or wide span rack system. • Fits within any type of beam: Box, Structural, or Step. Also for use in pick modules and mezzanines. • Static or Dynamic; Designs can range from 1 - 4 rows in depth.
Bay Depth Extender • Bay Depth Extender suspends below pallet rack and cantilevers under beams. • Extends outside of the rack thus increasing storage area by utilizing unused flue space. • Dynamic Designs can range from 3 - 8 rows in depth.
Double Deep • Bay Depth Extender suspends below beams and combines back-to-back pallet rack structures. • Converts Double Deep Rack and Pick Towers into highly concentrated pick modules by converting aisles &/or flue space into usable storage space.
