Leadership
Online interactive workshop $18 | $10 for Spertus members | $8 for Spertus students and alumni Reserve at spertus.edu From Spertus Institute’s founding in 1924 (when classes for Hebrew teachers, Sunday school teachers, and youth group leaders were among our very first offerings), educating educators has been a key component of our mission.
Arts & Culture
We are proud to carry on the tradition in ways that stretch, innovate, and reimagine, addressing the current and future needs of today’s Jewish educators. For the launch of this new series, Spertus is proud to present educational consultant, researcher, and author Dr. Gillian Judson, a decisive voice for imagination-focused education. In Dr. Judson’s interactive workshop, explore imagination in the context of leadership practice, leadership education, and leadership research.
News
An educational theory called Imaginative Education (IE) will be introduced to provide theoretical understanding of imagination and practical tools for its development. You’ll leave the workshop with specific cognitive tools that can be used to cultivate growth in your own work.
