I have been in the Financial Services industry since 1995, as an employed & self-employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser, Financial Consultant, Field Compliance Manager & Sales Manager.

I’ve managed teams of employed & Self Employed advisers covering numerous branches and towns up & down the UK.

Having been a Self Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser and knowing some of the challenges Self Employed advisers face. It was an easy decision for me to make to move into the self-employed division of Just Mortgages to help advisers achieve their goals

My role within the Just Mortgages self-employed division is to provide complete end to end support to Mortgage & Protection advisers that either want to take the first steps to being self-employed, or for existing self-employed advisers that want to develop and grow their business.

Whether you need help in setting up, making a business plan, increasing lead levels, need to improve your protection penetration, or just want to improve your income, my passion is to be there to support and help develop you and your business.

In my spare time I am a Member of Norfolk Special Constabulary and have been since 2006. I started as a Special Constable before promotion to a Special Sergeant then to a Special Inspector. I have learnt a number of transferable skills in this role and dealt with a number of challenging situations in my time in the role.

Away from these roles I am often out walking my dog or doing some form of exercise to stay relatively healthy.
