I have worked in Financial Services for over 15 years starting off in a local independent estate agency as a self employed adviser having studied CeMap in my spare time whilst working as an estate agent. Following this I moved to HSBC where I worked a mortgage adviser and financial adviser advising on mortgages, protection, investments, pensions and tax planning before I was promoted to be area manager with HSBC. I have since managed advisers in an estate agency as well as being a Key Account Manager for a mortgage lender before moving to Just Mortgages 4 years ago to continue working in an industry that I love.

I believe that there is no one size fits all with mortgage advisers and that each adviser can thrive using their own individual style and my role as Business Manager is to work with the advisers to make the most out of their businesses through sales development to social media as well as compliance through to running a business, Our support levels are suitable for everyone, no matter who you are, and everyone needs some support at some stage - why should you be on your own when others can help you? There is nothing better than watching someone take a leap into their own business and not only do it, but do it well and I take immense satisfaction in everyone else’s success which is why I do what I do. My role within the Just Mortgages Self Employed division is to provide complete end to end support to Mortgage Brokers, that either want to take the first steps to being Self Employed, or for existing Self Employed brokers that want to develop and grow their business.
