I have been in the Financial Services industry for the past 25 years, as an employed & selfemployed Mortgage and Protection Adviser, Sales Manager and Group Financial Services Director.

I’ve managed teams of employed advisers covering 160+ branches, telephone-based advisers and helped self-employed advisers build incredibly successful businesses.

Knowing that the aim for many advisers is to become Self-Employed it was an easy decision for me to make to move into the self-employed division of Just Mortgages to help advisers achieve their goal.

My role within the Just Mortgages self-employed division is to provide complete end to end support to Mortgage & Protection advisers that either want to take the first steps to being self-employed, or for existing self-employed advisers that want to develop and grow their business.

Whether you need help in setting up, making a business plan, increasing lead levels, need to improve your protection penetration, or just want to improve your income, my passion is to be there to support and help develop you and your business.

When not working I can normally be found acting as a taxi-driver to my two children or trying to stay fit running around the countryside with my wife and/or dog !
