TIME OF YOUR LIFE Graduation is an important milestone and the perfect photographic opportunity. This guide will inspire you to incorporate imagery from your senior session into your home as well as personalized gifts for friends and family. We want to make sure you get portraits of a lifetime!

Since we schedule one and one half hours for your appointment, it is important that you arrive on time and bring all decision makers with you. Additional viewing times are $49 each. Every effort was made during your session to help you get the kinds of images both you and your parents want. You will have these portraits for the rest of your life, so you deserve to be happy with them. If there is anything you don’t like about your poses, please let us know within 24 hours.
How do I know what to get?
Make a list of where you want to display your portraits and who you would like to give portraits to. Most seniors get one of our featured packages because they include our most popular items, then you can add an album or wall collage for the most variety and package discount. These packages include a wall portrait, free frame, gift portraits, and images for online sharing. Don’t forget graduation announcements!
Can I order more later?
You want to order all that you need in order to get the best deal and package discounts. All images are permanently deleted from our system 30 days from your session date. If you want to reorder purchased poses, we offer 1 year image archiving for $49. This service is only available from previously ordered images.
Do they come with frames?
All of our Wall Collages come with a free standard frame included at no extra charge. Our Featured Packages also include a free standard wall frame. However, you may upgrade if you’d like one of our custom frames at a discount. See page 14-15 for Featured Packages.
Ordering Deciding at the studio You will see a slideshow presentation on one of our large high definition monitors. Afterwards, one of our staff will go through each image with you to help you make your choices. Your order will be finalized at this appointment, so all decision makers need to be present. Your payment will be due at this time. We reserve an hour and a half for our friendly staff to assist you with your order. Additional viewing appointments are $49 each. 4
Deciding at home After viewing the slideshow, you will go home with a Proof Book of all your images. A $500 non-refundable deposit (which goes toward your final purchase) is due at this time. An appointment will be made to return your Proof Book and place your order within 3 business days. Regardless of your order amount, the $500 deposit is never refundable and will always go towards your final order. If you aren’t able to make your appointment, 24 hours notice is required to reschedule. Without notice, a $49 fee will be charged for additional appointment times.
PORTRAIT FINISHES Heirloom finish
Our finest and most brilliant portrait finish. Each image is retouched by hand by our in-house artists. In addition to blemish removal, we improve skin texture and include the following: • Skin Smoothing • Enhanced Color Depth • Selective Soft Focus • Textured Finish • Undereye Circles Reduced • Stray Hair Clean Up • Eye Enhancement for Maximum Impact After artwork is performed, the Heirloom portrait is printed to exact color standards on our distinctively textured paper and mounted to art board (for gift sizes) or sturdy masonite (for wall sizes). All sizes of heirloom portraits are finished with a durable luster coating that is scratch resistant and do not require glass.
Masterpiece finish
The Masterpiece finish is our most popular option and is available in all sizes. Each image is retouched by hand by our in-house artists. In addition to blemish removal, the Masterpiece finish includes the following: • Skin Smoothing • Enhanced Color Depth • Selective Soft Focus • Textured Finish Masterpiece gift-sized portraits are mounted to art board and trimmed in gold. This portrait makes an impressive gift! If framed behind glass, your gift sized Masterpiece portraits will never warp or buckle. While we do recommend glass for small portraits, wall portraits are textured and finished with a luster coating and do not require glass.
Classic finish
Available at a reduced cost, the Classic portrait is available in 8x10, 5x7 and 4x6 gift-giving sizes. It features basic retouching (blemish removal only). The portraits are not mounted, but have a texture to reduce fingerprints. This finish requires glass.

POLICIES Reorders, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments • All orders are permanently deleted from our system 30 days from your session date. If you want to reorder purchase poses, we do offer 1 year image storage for $49. This service is only available from previously ordered images. • If you aren’t able to make your appointment, 24 hours notice is required to reschedule. Without notice, a $49 fee will be charged for additional appointments. • Cancelled appointments must be rescheduled within seven days to maintain all coupon or special offers. After seven days, only A la Carte prices will be in effect; package discounts will not apply and balances must be paid in full. • If you do not order within 14 days of your original appointment without prior approval you will forfeit all payments made to date and be billed $400 for the proof book on loan to you. • All prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery & Shipping Your portraits will be ready in about six weeks. No part of an order may be picked up without full payment. Orders not picked up within 30 days of notification will be disposed of and all payments will be forfeited. If you would like your order shipped to you via Ground UPS or US Postal Service, please add $20 for packaging, shipping and insurance.
Copying Photos You cannot make copies of your portraits. Period. All your images are copyrighted by Munson-Cox Portrait Design, and all delivered portraits will have our logo to prove it is authenticity. Federal Law prohibits you from scanning or taking pictures of them with your camera or cell phone, or any other recording device. Even putting pictures on Facebook or making wallets for your friends without our permission is illegal. Violators will be found out, and they will be prosecuted, so don’t try it! You choose us because you like what we do -- copying always makes the photos look worse, which puts both you and us in a bad light. We offer options that can be purchased to give you the best image quality and a clean conscience. Thank you for respecting the copyright on your Munson-Cox senior portraits.
