get the most out of AV technologies and plug the gaps for a seamless experience. This is an ongoing process, and the AV industry needs to continue to truly listen to their client’s pain points and how they can help resolve them. Beyond that, we need to look at technologies that will help us be more efficient such as cloud technology, embracing AI and having a deeper understanding of IoT as these will have a profound impact on the AV industry.
