Volunteer at Spirit Rock

For decades, volunteers have made Spirit Rock programs a worthwhile experience for thousands of practitioners. Opportunities to support our programs include event volunteering, retreat greeting, administrative service, landscape care, housekeeping, and more. In gratitude for your support, service hours for regular volunteers can be used to reduce or waive the fees for our online and on-land programs. For those who join our Dedicated Volunteer Program, service hours can also be used toward our residential retreats.

Family Programs

Coming this Fall

One of the most precious gifts we can give our youth is safe spaces to be themselves, connect with each other, and grow the qualities they need to thrive. Spirit Rock’s family programs go beyond teaching meditation, emphasizing social and emotional development, authentic relating, and embodiment. The family program teachers bring deep Dharma practice, and experience working with these distinct age groups, to meet youth and parents where they are.
