Policies & Procedures Welcome to Splash of Color! The following policies and procedures are designed to provide great service. If you have any questions, please call customer service at (800)942-6487, fax us at 714-500-1201, email us at CustomerService@SplashofColor.us or go to our website, www.SplashofColor.us, and click on “Wholesale Info.” Our address is Splash of Color, LLC, 17832 Gothard Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92647 Catalog Requests For all new customers we charge $30 plus shipping for a catalog, $15 for a CD and $10 for a PDF. This fee is charged to your credit card, and credited back in full with your opening order. Minimum Order Opening domestic orders are $150. Reorders are $100. Any reorder placed for less than $100 will be charged a $25 small order fee. All International orders and reorders are a minimum of $500. Please order in multiples of the quantities indicated next to the item number in the catalog. Payment Terms All first orders must be paid with a charge card or prepayment by check. Open credit terms of Net 30 days are available upon credit approval. A Splash of Color credit application must be submitted for credit approval. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the credit approval process. We do not ship COD. Charge (Debit/Credit) Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your card will be charged when your order ships. If you want Splash of Color to call you before your card is charged, shipment may be delayed. We will accept charge card payments when paying open credit terms. (See Credit Hold Release)

Credit Hold Release To immediately release a credit hold due to outstanding past due invoices we require full and immediate payment by charge card in addition to paying a 5% expedite credit release processing fee. New Accounts Thank you for choosing to become a qualified Splash of Color dealer. Please fax or e-mail your business license, tax ID certificate, resale license. New international customers must submit equivalent business documents. All documentation must be received and verified before your first order will be shipped. Online stores must have a shopping cart. Auction sites are not acceptable. Please submit your online website address. Order Quantity Multiples Order in correct product quantity multiples. We will ship the product quantity multiple that ensures you get the quantity you ordered. Shipping All merchandise is shipped FOB Huntington Beach, CA. Standard UPS shipping rates apply to all domestic orders, unless otherwise specified. UPS Worldwide Express shipping rates apply to international orders. International accounts may specify a freight forwarder. The freight carrier is subject to change without notice. Claims for damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transit company within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to retain the merchandise and it’s original shipping carton to verify damages arising from transit.

Credits Items returned more than 120 days from invoice date will result in an open credit on account. Checks will not be issued for returns after 120 days from date of invoice. Credited amount can only be returned to the credit card within 120 days of invoice date. Backorders New release products will be backordered to accommodate scheduled release dates. Other backorders that are under $50 or older than 120 days will be cancelled at our discretion. For previously released product, please indicate on your order if you do not accept backorders. Shipping may be charged on backorders. Rush Processing and Expedited Shipping Charges Any order placed that requires rush processing may be subject to a $30 fee plus any expedited shipping charges. You must call Customer Service to confirm transit times/freight charges. Classes/Events If your order is needed for a class or event, be sure to note the date on your order or contact Customer Service. You must be sure the order is received by us at least 10 days before the class/event. Rush processing and expedite shipping charges may apply. Product Usage All Splash of Color products sold at wholesale cost may not be used in the production of new or altered products for resale without express written agreement with Splash of Color. Other All products may vary slightly due to available material. Prices and procedures are subject to change without notice. Orders received are subject to approval and acceptance by Splash of Color, LLC. All sales are considered final. The status code of each unshipped item of your order is shown on your invoice as follows: A – Active (quantities are on hand and in active production) R – Retired (quantities are on hand; no replenishment planned) D – Discontinued (no quantities are on hand; no replenishment is planned)* H – Hold (item production plan is under review; other items within the collection may ship) * If packing list Bin # code is NOMOR, the item is Discontinued.

Late Payment Past due invoices will halt credit shipments until paid and may result in loss of credit terms. Please contact us immediately if you experience any payment hardships.

Mis-shipments & Returns We promise to do our best to ship your order correctly. If there is an error, please notify Customer Service within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization. The RMA# must be shown on the box or shipment will be refused. Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact and no price stickers. All other returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
