ULTRA-LIGHT EXTREME ENDURO KTM 150 EXC TPI This nimble, lightweight, extreme terrain master is all new for 2020 and proudly features the letters TPI next to its name. This means it utilizes innovative Transfer Port Injection technology, removing the need for re-jetting or pre-mixing fuel. With impressive efficiency and a smooth, usable power delivery, this super agile offroad thoroughbred is ready for endless hours on the toughest trails. It also benefits from a dynamic handling, lightweight chassis that boosts rider and machine to new levels of extreme.

The KTM Factory Riders were involved in shaping the new bodywork and the goal of complete harmony between rider and bike was achieved. The new plastics provide perfect contact points for the rider, maximum freedom of movement and improved overall handling.
New, high-quality inlay graphics add some fierce style to the sharp bodywork of the new EXC range. Striking KTM orange flows into a powerful black logo and is complemented by the same color shrouds and frame.
The new generation EXC models feature several significant highlights that raise the bar of enduro performance to extreme new levels. The entire range benefits from more efficient performance and new chassis with flex characteristics that offer precise handling and easy maneuverability. The impressive dynamic of these new generation models is how well all the features work together to create race-winning machines of the highest caliber.
SUSPENSION SETTING In conjunction with some hardware updates, the 2020 fork features new settings to keep the front end higher, for increased reserves against bottoming out. New settings on the XPLOR PDS shock provide better damping characteristics and match the new frame and reworked front end set-up perfectly.

FRAME The new frames feature higher longitudinal and torsional stiffness, providing better feedback to the rider, agile handling and improved stability.
EXHAUST New exhausts play a key role in the improved power delivery and performance of the 2020 range. Besides new mufflers for all models, the KTM 250 and 300 EXC feature a new HD (Heavy Duty) pipe with an innovative new outer shell making them much stiffer, with reduced width and improved ground clearance. New 2-piece header pipes for the 4-stroke models provide a more user-friendly mounting and optimize performance.

The Transfer Port Injection (TPI) system features two fuel injectors that spray the optimal amount of fuel down into the rear transfer ports. This downstream injection guarantees excellent atomization of the fuel with the upstreaming air, resulting in a highly efficient combustion and significantly reduced losses of unburned fuel. For 2020, an additional ambient pressure sensor guarantees even faster adaption of the system to different altitudes, while new engine maps make the bikes more rideable than ever.
The cylinder produces outstanding performance and significant enduro-specific torque. It features a sophisticated power valve, providing smooth and controllable power characteristics. The upper contour of the exhaust port is now precisely machined to ensure accurate port timing.
