His passion for riding has led him to find the secrets of performance by shaping his own tools. As a beach bum, he fully
embraced the beach lifestyle and started traveling the world to meet the perfect conditions. Enriched by his travels, experiences and talent, his designs quickly became popular. He consequently started shaping for companies like RRD. Gianni has been involved in Stand Up Paddle Surfing since 2007. He designed the Mistral SUP Wave board line to satisfy the needs of the most advanced wave riders and the Mistral SUP Cross Over Line for fun trips, workout trainings as well as expeditions.

Shape This radical board for experts, is characterized by its great ability to manoeuvre. Holding the pressure in hollow waves, its sharp rails towards the tail and fish tail, will give you all the needed drive and control. Despite it’s small size, the boards stays easy to paddle with its flat deck and well balanced volume.
Shape An outstanding wave board for medium to experienced riders. Its flat deck will give you a great stability when paddling, but also when carving. It’s full rocker line is making this board extremely responsive to have a rail to rail drive, The tail kick will allow you to crank it up as much you please and it’s 50-50 rails and narrow round pin tail ensure a smooth ride.
Shape Very easy to paddle with its large flat deck, this board offers a great stability, due to the generous width and volume of the rails in the centre area. To ensure a maximum manoeuvreability into the waves, a full rocker will allow you to carve

Created to paddle on lakes or on the oceans, the M1 Race line consists of winning boards for the most demanding riders.
Speed To maximize the effect of each stroke, the boards are designed with a Mistral X-Bow in order to cut like an axe through the water. Together with flow matching hull lines it simply makes the board run faster. Designed to give you an immediate feel of glide & with easy access, it allows you to maximize the effect of each stroke.
Shape The unique M1 Race line has the innovative Mistral X-Bow nose shape. This reduction of hydrodynamic drag translates into speed. The X-Bow pierces through the water instead of pushing it aside, which allows a very rapid and clean water flow when the board hits the chops.
Its wide tail will allow the board to surf the swells on open ocean races. This narrow and fast gliding board also features a lowered deck which helps to have a low gravity center, while keeping some volume on each end. The unique pad set-up, will allow you to instantly find your balance. The deck is flat, ensuring that the water doesn’t get stuck in the board.
It’ll also help you to get back fast and easily on the board after a fall. Two leash plugs will allow you to choose where to attach your leash; on the center of the board for phone leashes and quiet waters, or on the tail for surf leashes and open ocean races.
