LETTER FROM THE EDITOR
MISSING OUT
I have not ridden nearly as much ADV or Touring bikes as I should have at this point in my life. I need to change that. I've always been a sportbike rider and only in my recent older years, have I embraced my cruisers. But while I have not indulged in the ADV or Touring scene as much as I should have, my interest and curiosity have always been peaked.

Bikes like the Ducati Multistrada, the HarleyDavidson Pan America, or the Yamaha Tracer 9 GT that is featured in this issue, seem like the most fun you can have on two wheels away from the track, perfectly suited for the urban commute, the weekend back road jaunt or even the long highway haul. I don't know what my problem is. I'm missing out.
And to be clearly honest, the ADV and Touring segment of our industry is doing extremely well and I couldn't think of a better two-wheeled class of bikes to get me through the late fall, winter, and early spring rides. I need to make some phone calls.
Enjoy the issue.
