We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that focuses on inspiring and transforming the health and well-being of First Responders while inspiring the next generation of firefighters.

Our Mission remains our driving force: to inspire First Responders to aim for the highest level of fitness, wellness and safety.

Our Vision is bold: to eradicate preventable injuries and death of First Responders by leveraging the synergy of discovery, knowledge, spirit, and collaboration among the many who care for these inspiring heroes.

Our History: Originally designed for a FEMA funded university research study, the Firefighter Challenge continues more than thirty-years later as a fun, healthy, and friendly competition to see who can perform certain firefighter skills and tasks efficiently, properly, safely, and in the fastest time. We are proud to have produced over 575 successful events!
