The mission of Sportsman’s News is to educate the consumers who shop at Sportsman’s Warehouse about the products available at the Sportsman’s Warehouse stores. With over 200,000 copies printed and distributed at the entry and exit of 92 plus stores located around the country we are the best resource to provide a thorough knowledge of your product to the end user.

We not only educate the consumers, but the employees of Sportsman’s Warehouse about your products. We spend over 1000 man-days a year in the field and have over 100 years of outdoor experience under one roof. We have the ability to test, endorse, write about, video, and share to millions, the benefits of your product or products. There is a very good chance that a copy of Sportsman’s News will be in the hands of a consumer at a camp fire or deer camp without the interruptions of electronics devices as well. Advertisers may make their product available for review by sending the product to Sportsman’s News at: 2322 W. Industry Way Cedar City, UT 84721 Products for review must be carried by Sportsman’s Warehouse. Please check with your Sportsman’s Warehouse buyer if you have questions about the availability of your product. Product will be reviewed and will remain the property of Sportsman’s News for use by our pro staff in the field. Getting a product onto the shelves at Sportsman’s Warehouse is a great step towards the success of your product. However, you can increase the amount of pull-through of each product by featuring it in the Sportsman’s News “Product Section”. This is a comprehensive marketing strategy for getting the who, what, where, and why about your product to the consumer by getting them to walk into the stores looking for your product instead of stumbling on it while visiting the stores. The team at Sportsman’s News will thoroughly evaluate the product through a rigorous field testing process. We consult with the manufacturer and representatives to insure that we are aware of all of the features and benefits of the product. One important factor is that we will allow the manufacturers the opportunity to evaluate the review prior to publishing. The review will be published in a predetermined Sportsman’s News issue. In addition to being seen in 200,000 printed magazines and a million digital editions of Sportsman’s News, we will e-mail your product review to our current e-mail list of over 310,000 Sportsman’s Warehouse customers for $750. The Video Product Review is the next step in consumer marketing. The Sportsman’s News team offers this in conjunction with all other reviews as an additional service. In addition to an editorial review on your product, we will film the entire process and what goes into our field testing process to determine its quality. This process is scripted with the manufacturer prior to the start of testing so that you have an idea of what the finished product will look like. Once filming has been completed, our professional, award-winning editors will put together the finished video showing all the features and benefits of the product. As with our editorial review, the manufacturer will have an opportunity to see the finished review prior to release to the public.

The Sportsman’s News website receives over a hundred thousand visitors a month. This is an informational site with limited advertising opportunities and space is sold on a first come first serve basis.

Home Page Slider ad - This is a large piece of real estate on the home page (pixels) and the primary attraction on the website. This ad rotates every six seconds and can manually be scrolled through. Ads may be linked to either the product at Sportsman’s Warehouse or direct to the manufactures website. There are no more than 12 ads on this slider.

PRIME REAL ESTATE STATIC Prime Real Estate Static ad - This ad resides on the home page and is (pixels ). It is the first ad visitors see when scrolling through the website. Space for this slot is reserved on a monthly basis.

Weekly E-mail Blast - Over the past decade, we have generated a highly vetted e-mail list which is over 300,000 people. To be on our list, you must have opened one of our e-mails in the past 12 months or you are purged from the system. We see an average open rate on this weekly e-mail between 25 and 45% with high click through rates. This is an information e-mail which has features such as our video product reviews, cover stories, teasers, outfitter discounts, and sale items as well as product editorials. Product Editorials - can be scheduled to go out on this weekly e-mail. Products must be sold at Sportsman’s Warehouse and the hot links in the write up will direct consumers to the Sportsman’s Warehouse website specific to the product for $750 per weekly e-mail blast. No more than two product write ups allowed per week and no competing products will be on the same week. Banner Ad - One banner ad can be attached to the bottom of the weekly e-mail blast. This ad may be linked to anywhere the advertiser would like it driven. Competitors of Sportsman’s Warehouse are not authorized for this service. Cost is $500 per weekly e-mail blast.
