NEW CENTRAL LIBRARY OPENS COMMUNITY

The new Norman Public Library Central opened its doors for the first time on Sunday, Nov. 3, with a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening event. Norman’s newest library is a three-story, 79,000-square foot facility that houses a collection of about 270,000 items. The library is one of 12 operated by the Pioneer Library System and Cleveland, McClain and Pottawatomie counties.
