Self care is a popular buzz word, but for Ashley Willeford, it’s a passion. Wellness Clinic Offers Self Care Solutions

Willeford is a nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health. She started her career in labor and delivery and spent several years working at an OB/ GYN practice. She recently opened Elevate Wellness and Aesthetics, wanting to help women and men feel their best.

“Self-care is giving the world the best of you, instead of what’s left of you,” Willeford said. “We see people on a daily ba- sis that have busy schedules that don’t always allow time for self care.”
