Preparation & Celebration!

2022-23 was a year not simply of rising to the occasion, but exceeding our own expectations.

In college sports video, more live games were produced than ever before; more content was distributed; more stories were told. And that was done by you.

As we gather again for the annual SVG College Summit to prepare for the new year ahead and discuss ways to improve our respective operations, let’s not forget to celebrate the magnificent efforts that brought you here today.

Over the 15 years of this event, the SVG College Summit has grown into a unique opportunity to connect with professional counterparts, gain valuable insights to technology, and push our own departments to new heights.

A sincere thank you to the SVG College Advisory Committee for helping to craft two days that meet the rapidly changing needs of our industry. We’ll discuss control room tech, drones, the cloud, and so much more.

Be sure to stick around to the end of the show as well to take advantage of a new tradition: customized breakout sessions where schools of similar sizes can hash out their issues with those facing similar obstacles and embracing like opportunities.

We encourage you to make the most of your time here by actively engaging in discussions, asking questions, and sharing your own experiences. This conference is as much about learning from others as it is about contributing to the collective knowledge of our industry.

If this is your first time attending the SVG College Summit, we are so excited to have you! We hope this experience proves to you that you are not alone in your challenges and that there is a community here for you to both help you and advocate for you.

It’s one of the great privileges for us here at SVG to host this event for you. We hope you have a great trip and are always open to your thoughts and feedback. Enjoy your time!

Sincerely,
