Daly spearheads the engineering behind some of the industry’s largest and most intricate projects — from designing and building entire facilities to reimagining master control and news production systems for local broadcasters.

JAKE DAVIS, University of Minnesota – Gopher Digital Productions, Broadcast Engineer Davis manages the systems and personnel required to present Minnesota Golden Gopher athletic events to audiences in-venue and over-the-air. He brings expertise in live audio, video, networking, and venue management to the team.

MIKE DESROCHES, Sony, National Accounts – Sports West & New Media

DeSalvo serves as the associate AD of #Content at UCF Athletics, while spearheading the department’s social media efforts. He oversees all photo, video, and design content coming from the UCF athletics social accounts.

DesRoches is mainly responsible for all sports business development relationships (teams, venues, RSNs, etc.) West of the Mississippi and Wisconsin for Sony’s core hardware products, as well as their new addition Nevion, and has nationwide coverage relative to their software solutions.

MASON FLICK, Northwestern University, Director of Creative Production Flick oversees the creative video, photography, and graphic design units for Northwestern’s Athletic department. Since joining the wildcats, Flick has re-energized the creative unit in Evanston.

Jacobs joined the South Carolina Women’s Basketball staff in Fall 2011 as the team’s director of video services. He joined the staff after spending the previous season in that role for the Charlotte 49ers men’s and women’s basketball teams and the three years prior to that with solely women’s basketball.

Lindsey oversees all aspects of live remote productions for TNT Sports, a Warner Bros. Discovery company, including the NBA, NHL, and NCAA. From local and freelance crews to production trucks, budgets, and equipment orders, she manages all elements of complex linear and digital broadcasts.

Macchia has 25+ years of experience in the live broadcast production industry. Before joining Simplylive in 2017 to manage the region, he was the SVP, Americas for EVS Broadcast Equipment where he spent over 18 years building the Americas sales and technical operations.
