Fitness Coach Shweta Kumawat I am a Nutritionist, Fitness Strength Coach and Yoga Trainer. Working as a freelancer in Dubai. I am a founder of Fab(fitandbloom)by sheets. I am a post-pregnancy weight management expert too. A former spokesperson(National rifle shooter) with several national and state-level championship medals, I have always been active in sports and fitness. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle have been an integral part of my life and are pretty close to my heart. I have always been very passionate about fitness and making it my profession was even more heartening for me. My motive is to make this world fit. Especially women. Because if a woman is educated and trained for their fitness and health she can keep her entire family fit and healthy. I have been training clients in all aspects of fitness from providing strength coaching, yoga training, providing nutrition and lifestyle guidance for over 11 years across Dubai, India, Singapore, the USA, UK and some other countries.
