THE DRIVE

Dr. Peter Attia is a CanadianAmerican physician who was trained at Stanford University and John Hopkins Hospital. His current focus is on maximizing longevity and all that encompasses, from physical to cognitive to emotional wellbeing. His professional goal is to increase lifespan (delay the onset of chronic disease) and healthspan (quality of life). Many of the deep-dive episodes of his show include guests who are colleagues and experts in their fields. Topics like ketosis, cancer, mental health, cardiovascular disease, the dangers of poor sleep, the effects of fructose, and exercising for longevity keep us informed and wanting to learn more about how to live longer.

THE DOCTOR’S FARMACY

Dr. Mark Hyman practices family medicine and is founder of The UltraWellness Center. He’s also an advocate for functional medicine. Dr. Hyman says that doctors are seeing more people with chronic disease, which he feels is a result of the food we eat and our food system. On this podcast, he discusses what we can do to reverse the damage and prevent future damage. Dr. Hyman covers topics in an understandable way, so that we’re engaged in his every word. Recent episodes have included topics such as “Do you need to take probiotics?” “Why gut issues are on the rise,” and “Creating healthy habits to stay young as you age.” You will find his presentation to be both fascinating and accessible.

Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is the founder of the Melissa Wood Health wellness platform, and her goal is for wellness to be accessible to all. From humble beginnings, she has become so successful that Harvard Business School used her as a case study in 2021. Her passion for a more mindful way of life is real, and she practices what she preaches. Her podcast covers her professional field, in addition to her personal life. After listening, you can’t help but love Melissa!

THE MODEL HEALTH SHOW

This No. #1 podcast in health and fitness on Apple Podcasts is led by Shawn Stevenson, who has a background in nutritional science. He’s the co-founder of Advanced Integrative Health Alliance, a company that provides wellness services for individuals and organizations worldwide. Stevenson has the ability to make difficult health issues easy to grasp. He covers a wide variety of topics, such as diet, exercise, sex, and sleep problems. No topic is off-limits for him. His goal with this show is for all of us to live our best lives and to help us get there.

THE GOOP PODCAST

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is one of our favorite lifelong Hamptonites, and we were ecstatic when she opened a location for her goop brand in Sag Harbor. She’s been collaborating on this weekly podcast with LOOM CEO Erica Chidi since 2020, and they switch off as hosts. Both are leaders of what’s happening in wellness and offer life advice and health tips for self-improvement.

THE BE WELL BY KELLY PODCAST

Host Kelly LeVeque is a holistic nutritionist and celebrity health coach. She focuses on the positive aspects of nutrition, with lots of tools and tips to improve how you feel and to simplify the science of eating right. She has many inspirational and motivational guests on her weekly podcast. The topics are fascinating, inspiring, and up-to-theminute. Recent episodes have covered “Learning to live life fully,” “Be a genius in the kitchen,” “A holistic approach to building strength,” and “Easy tips to master your metabolism.” The show helps listeners realize their health and nutrition goals.
