Why EatPlayGrow? EatPlayGrow is a health curriculum created by National Institute of Health (NIH) and Children's Museum of Manhattan (CMOM). Composed of lessons that encourage interactive and creative movement activities for parents and children age 2-5 to make healthy nutrition and physical activity choices.
