How to Bid!

-initial bids due by 7:00pm on 11/25/2022

-Phone bid off will follow between top 4 bidders on each lot on 11/26/2022 starting at 10:00am est.

-The bidoff order will be determined based on the individual lot that closes with the highest bid. -Bidders on each lot will recieve a text message approximately 20-30 min. prior to their lot being bid off as a curtesy, be expecting the phone call for bid off procedure.

-If a bidder notifies us of a conflict in the timing, we retain the right to alter the sale order to accommodate each bidder as much as possible.

-GPS Location to: KH Cattle Company 103 Tri County Rd Tifton, Ga. 31794

-Call Tad Harper at 229-392-4711 to set up a time to view the sale offering.

-The sellers retain the right to two successful flushes, with a minimum of 6 transferable embryos per flush on each heifer in the offering unless otherwise stated in the footnotes.

As I sit here at the barn watching the sale heifers grazing after partaking of their morning feeding, I reflect back on the almost 29 years of me and my family showing cattle and what it has taken to get to this group of animals that stand before me. It started with a passion for the cattle industry that was instilled by multiple generations of family members and a desire to succeed. Success of course doesn’t come as easy and quick, but putting God first and obtaining as much knowledge as possible paves the way for success, then only the desire to leave something that last for those that will remain is left. Each of the consigners have their own history that has paved a way for not only their program but the future of others such as us here at KH Cattle Company, and we are humbled to call them our friends and partners in this new endeavor known as The Kustom Legacy. We ask that you will evaluate the animals offered in this sale and hope for you to find that individual that will leave a lasting impact on your program only for you to realize you “Kustomized” your Legacy on 11/25/2022!

We have said since moving back home that we were not going to do a sale until we had a group of animals put together that we felt could make a statement. What better way to kick off this inaugural event than with a female that combines 26.24% chi with enough look and style that would cause one to get whiplash doing a double take. Kat commands your attention from the moment one steps on the property and we feel the future is bright for her and her future owner. Don’t be left with the woulda, coulda’s come sale day watching someone else pave their way with this one!

We had the pleasure of working closely with Colten Prescott during Black Frost show career and we knew he had the potential to put unique creatures on the ground. He did not disappoint in KHKH Kara. This chromed up chi composite female may be the outlier in the sale, but don’t be fooled her ability to glide around the picture pen, then drop a pose at the end of the runway like a model that will definitely let her find her way to plenty of backdrops. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, well she just dropped a million in an instant.

The Driver bull from Woodhaven and Stephens has made quite the splash over the last couple of years. From WVW Grace, the 2021 Champion chiangus female at Junior Nationals, followed closely by WVW Harper, the fourth Overall chiangus female at the 2022 Junior Nationals, along with KHKH Bo’s Drivin, the 2022 Champion bull at Junior Nationals. We feel the next one up is WVW Kendall. She brings the same structural integrity and power with an extra rib of length that many have been so impressed with in the Driver cattle. Do your homework and study hard cause this female is destined for something special.

Where do we begin with this female? She may be one of the most unique 24.8% creatures we have been around. Keely has the potential to combine the soft middle shape of a lower percentage female and the power of a quarter blood, all while retaining the structure that we have come to demand. These TR Forward daughters are proving to be quite the interesting trio to watch develop. We feel they will only shine brighter in time. Seller retains 50% embryo interest.

The Smooth daughters have been well received so far and The Chambers family Reserve Supreme heifer at the 2021 Georgia National Fair Invitational proved why. They have power and substance with the added look to command your attention. If you are interested in finding the backdrop, you may need to pay attention here. Dr. Pepper maybe the sweet one but lot 5 is absolutely the Silky Smooth one....JRBF Mrs. Silk, def need to check her out!

When we made the first trip to Talmo Ranch to visit and look through calves, Mrs. Jill Miller mentioned a few Follow Me embryo daughters were yet to come in and we knew then we had to make sure to lay eyes on those individuals when they arrived. To say Kelley didn’t disappoint would be an understatement. We feel this female could write a graduate thesis on “How to Move.” Add this to the fact that she stems from a full sister to the TR/TKM Y-Not of Winegardner, TR/ TKM Annabella may be fixing to level the playing field.

Did I mention anything about TR Forward yet and how his daughters have been fun to watch? I may have forgotten, but once you watch Kali’s video it will leave an impression like a steam roller on asphalt. Did I mention that she is the baby of the group and still brings as much mass and internal Dimension as any other in the offering?! At 24.06% chi, this one is for sure going to be a breeding piece as well as a show Heifer! Seller retains 50% embryo interest.

Karen may be wrapping up the spring born females, but she definitely has the parts and pieces to mature into that big bred that we all love to drag to the shows. She is sired by CCR Edward, which is a Classen by the TR/TKM Annabella and has been doing a really nice job for Talmo. I truly believe she might be the biggest sleeper of the sale with the potential to make her future owner look extremely smart come this time next year.

The lone wolf in the 2021 division, Mrs. Black Princess, is going to be one that will get the job done. When you set her in motion, oh how everything comes to life! Sappy bellied and free moving with zero chest and a neck, oh my the wizard just gave the tin man a heart! The things that are going to happen for this female are endless, and if you have been paying attention, the mating options have been laid out. Did you notice the Driver, Forward, Smooth and Black Frost daughters featured above? We will just say take your pick and pull the handle then wait for the coins to fall.
