The Main Boulevard connects the Multimodal Transit Hub with the Vending Area and the Heritage area.
The existing vendors will be relocated along this boulevard reinvigorating their businesses due to the increased footfall. Enhance visitor experience of the region's naturalandbuiltheritage.

Thediagonalstietheplazatogether creating an intriguing movement grid to the visitors with Pavilions and amenities used for recreation andrelaxationofthetourists.The33 acreLandscape Plaza formed within the grids contain the local flora and fauna and rain gardens. The lush gardens moderatethemicroclimate.

The Konark Sun Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is an architectural marvel that attracts millions of people annually. The area of 300m around The Sun Temple is protected by the Archeological Survey of India (ASI) under the ASMRAct(1958).Thesurroundingareasfallshortofthebasictouristamenities, services and beautification to cater to the high number of visitors. With the Proposed Development, the Heritage Area will become a world-class tourist destination that can strengthen the identity of the Konark Heritage Area and createsocio-economicopportunities.

The design philosophy draws inspiration from Tropical Modernism, a style influenced by the lady of the house's Mexican-American background. This architectural approach ingeniously adapts modernist principles to harmonize with the tropical climate, emphasizing elements such as ventilation, seamless integration of nature, andclimateresponsiveness.
The architectural plan takes into accountthenaturaltopographyof theplot,strategicallyutilizinghard rockforthemoreprivatequarters andsoilforcommunalspaces. Natural light permeates the interior from every conceivable angle, courtesy of clear windows thatframethetwocentralmango treeslikelivingartworks.
The structure is self-reliant for both electricity and water supply, incorporatingmassivesolarpanels on the roof and a sophisticated rainwater harvesting system. This system channels rainwater into a substantial underground reservoir withacapacityofuptotwolakh liters,ensuringthesustainableuse of water for various purposes withinthehome.
