Jeffrey S. Goethe is a partner with Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron & Shea, PLLC in Bradenton. He is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in wills, trusts and estates law and a Fellow of ACTEC. Mr. Goethe is a member of the Executive Council of the Florida Bar’s RPPTL Section and serves as Chair of the Section’s Homestead Committee. He is a two-time past chair of the Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee.
