BORN IN VIRGINIA, Debra moved to Sarasota in the 80s and has called it home ever since. Over 30 years ago, Debra decided to make real estate her career and focused on the skills she viewed necessary to help sellers and buyers make informed decisions. She did this by offering the Sarasota area’s diverse lifestyle choices available, current market trends in each segment, including local factors affecting pricing and negotiation.
