when it comes to Clubhouse, the point of change between a place to relax and a place of actions. Aim of the project is to create the space where it responses to those activities

Within the design programs of public and service are separating completely from each other, Service programs got ‘hide’ underneath the public part. The drop of area is arrange at the upperfloor, therefore the users will not see the service parts at all.
The upper floor plan of the public space designed to seperate the circulation of the user by it’s vernacular nature. The right side of the wall is for golf players, reserving for both before and after the games. The left side of the wall is for leisure area providing relaxation.

Spacing The frequency spacing of the facade direct variation to the privacy of the space behide. Hence, the left side of the wall is restuarant therefore it does not need any privacy. However on the right side of the wall are contraining locker rooms therefore it needs lot of privacy requirement. The spacing of the facade arrays with gradient from privacy to not privacy with the factors of x+1

A very challenging site constraints with traditional surrounding and multiple entrances. Therefore the design must blend in with the site and also answer to all the limita-

The primary concern of this project is to design the market to blend in with the exsiting sutrrounding, so I’ve tried to find the common look such that the spacing of the column and added into my design to give the same atmosphere for the users walk between two building not to have a very strange feeling. Secondly, the height of the building is calculated not to be so height as for the respect to the existing surrounding but still the overall aesthetic is having contemporary look to be the centre point of people nearby.

Another challenging constraints of the site is having a lot of entrances to the space therefore the design is not to control but to let go of the circulation to pass through the architecture. By putting plaza space in the area where the most of the circulation pass by to be the area where it contains as many users as possible.

Representing the elegrant look of Belgium, the project also concerns with the separation of programs and most importantly the securtity part.

From having only one way road, I decided to roate the building in angle for the easiler transportation entrance and giving the open view of the wall with Belgium flags from the driving vision. 14

For the most secure concern, landscape designed to play as protection of visual view from the outsiders and giving the view for the insiders

Landscaping designed as steps to act like a nature wall to forbid the visual view of the outside and the inside. One more security design is the building wall where the side that faced landscape is designed with curtain wall to give the view for the office space. The defensive wall is faced the outside, it’s opaque and solid for the security reasons
The entrance of the building designed to look elegrant but still concerning with the security reason.
