Christian Pilgrims for centuries have journeyed to the Old City in Jerusalem to walk in the final footsteps of Jesus along the Via Delorosa, the Way of the Cross. This year we are offering a Protestant version of the Stations beginning in the Garden of Gethsemane. Scripture passages and the readings will be accompanied by instructions for an action that will deepen your experience. The journey will be open during regular church house and is appropriate for individuals, families and adult/youth classes, small groups, and we even have experiences for small children. Printed booklets and a QR code for use of your phone will be available.

Regina Proctor. This regimen emphasizes natural ways to treat depression without medication. Dementia Friends Indiana

The Dementia Friends Workshop seeks to build awareness of and break down stigmas surrounding various forms of dementia (Alzheimer’s, Lewy Body, Frontotemporal, Pick’s disease, vascular, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, mixed dementia, and more) and implement practical changes that make life easier to navigate for those with dementia and their loved ones. The goal is to help everyone in a community understand dementia, reduce the stigma, and make life easier for those with dementia and their caregivers. The Exploring Membership Class will help you learn more about the United Methodist Church and the process for formally joining St. Luke’s. Here you’ll learn more about who we are, our beliefs, and our mission to be an affirming community of Christians helping people find and give hope through Jesus Christ - regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, disability, or socioeconomic background. You’ll also get to hear the story of our church and discuss what it means to be a member of this local congregation through serving, growing in your faith journey, moving toward generosity, and more. Condolences to Chanda Becker on the death of her father, Ken Biberstein who died on 2/20/2023. His funeral was Saturday, February 25, 2023.

Condolences to Anne Burley on the death of her husband Patrick Burley who died on February 20, 2023. His funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, March 4, 2023, with visitation from 1-3PM in Fellowship Hall and the service at 3PM in the Sanctuary.

The funeral service for Barbara Palmer is scheduled for Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 11AM in Robertson Chapel.
