His Resurrection is the good news of Christian tradition. Join us as we celebrate the good news of our victory through Jesus. This year, for every NEW person who registers and attends online or in-person, we’ll donate $5 to Freedom School in their name. Kids programming is also available at 9:30 & 11AM for ages infant-4th grade. Register at stlukesumc.com/easter. SPONSOR AN EASTER LILY Sponsor an Easter lily in honor or memory of a loved one for Easter Sunday. It will be included in our dedication list that will be published online. We recommend a $10 donation for each lily sponsored, to offset the cost of the lilies. Register at stlukesumc. com/easter. 5•3•1 LEARN MORE AT STLUKESUMC.COM/EASTER During Lent, we’ll be focusing on what we call the 5 • 3 • 1 (pray for 5 people, invite 3 people to church or an event, bring 1 with you!) Why is this important? We want to make sure everyone knows that we are a safe place where they can belong and grow in their faith no matter who they are, what they look like, or who they love. Imagine what could happen if we prayed for 10,000 people, invited 6,000 individuals, and brought another 2,000 to one of our worship experiences, groups, or events? Lives would be transformed! Be sure to stop by our Connection Center to pick up a prayer magnet or visit stlukesumc.com/easter for a free download you can post on your fridge. You can also sign one of the prayer wall banners or visit stlukesumc.com/easter to add your prayer requests. STATIONS OF THE CROSS APRIL 4-18 • DURING CHURCH HOURS The Stations of the Cross offers the opportunity to take the journey Jesus took from when he went before Pilate until his resurrection. There are 15 Stations. Each has a scripture reference, a meditation, and a suggestion for an action. A booklet will be provided at the Welcome Station inside door #6. The stations are available April 4 through April 18 whenever the building is open. Learn more at stlukesumc.com/easter.
