All items are donated. Every attempt has been made to describe and catalog the items correctly, and everything is sold as is. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be allowed.

Silent auction items will be awarded to the bidder number with the highest bid circled by an auction official as the winning bid.

At the conclusion of the evening, each person must ensure they have signed or initialed their purchases for the evening at the checkout desk. Your charges may be billed to your St. Nicholas account or paid with a check or credit card.

Payment for shared items cannot be split at the checkout desk and must be paid for by a representative bidder.

All sales are final on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Please note all restrictions on items, including expiration dates, participant ages, and blackout dates. All attempts have been made to accurately and completely describe items. Your items may be picked up on the night of the event or at the St. Nicholas School office Monday-Friday between 8:00am-4:30pm.
