Designer Builders is thrilled to be the title sponsor of the Stable View Oktoberfest Horse Trials. Our relationship with Barry and Cyndy Olliff started with the construction of the covered arena in 2011, then the conversion and renovation of what was once kennels into fi ve beautiful guest suites with a common area and adjoining stables. We are especially proud of the recently completed rider’s lounge and misting station, a feature unique among equestrian facilities nationwide.

Designer Builders has been a part of the growth of Stable View from its inception; collaborating with Barry and Cyndy—taking their vision and transforming it into reality. The facility has evolved into a fi rst-class equestrian event destination with two hundred temporary stalls, hunt boxes and a LEED certifi ed observation pavilion. Because we are committed to maintaining exceptionally high construction standards and attending to the smallest of details, Designer Builders’ reputation for integrity, superior workmanship and an unsurpassed dedication to customer service offered the Olliffs all they needed to bring this project to life.

Possibly our most important goal is to make the building process as smooth and easy for our clients as we possibly can. One of the ways we achieve this is through use of a web-based software program. Through this program, change orders can be reviewed, discussed and approved; it provides a means of two-way communication between the homeowner and any member of the Designer Builders’ staff; progress photos are posted, and it can be used for scheduling. In addition to technology, we offer a knowledgeable and professional interior designer to schedule appointments with subcontractors, guide homeowners through the building process, communicate selections properly and offer design advice. No homeowner is ever left wondering what to do next.
