The Collection

Ca’ Pesaro

Durmast stool

360x360x530mm

DESIGNER Lunardelli Venezia

Ca’ Pesaro

The majestic palace overlooking the Grand Canal lends its name to this precious seat. A brocade of diamond shaped stones covers the lower part of the facade, creating geometric shadows with dramatic three-dimensional effects. The same mighty solidity is to be found in this solid durmast stool. Its secret chamber-topped cushion is covered in ne textile woven by this historically celebraated weaver’s workshop Luigi Bevilacqua.

Camino

Blown glass & walnut beside table

370x370x550mm

DESIGNER Alberto Lago

Camino

Just as in a painting by Carpaccio, the Venetian skyline is lled with a myriad of geometric-shaped chimneys which are very characteristic of the island’s architecture. As with the long chimneys smoke ows through and disperses away in the winter sky, in Camino light softly diffuses, warming up the atmosphere of the room. The cone shaped blown glass is decorated with a delicate geometric pattern and completed by the unique walnut counter top.

Canneto

Blown glass & walnut wood oor lamp Low 175 x 1.000 mm Medium 175 x 1.250 mm Tall 175 x 1.500 mm

DESIGNER Alberto Lago

Canneto

Emerging shoals represent a unique and vital ecosystem for the Venetian lagoon. Incredibly, reeds and water plants are able to thrive here, nourished by the brackish water. These slender plants are unsteadly balanced between the soil that anchors them and the disquieting wind. Canneto is inspired by such shapes, taking form in a series of lamps which vary in height and can be used separately or displayed in an artistic composition.

Carmini

Blown glass & walnut nuts bowl

350 x 155 mm

DESIGNER Alberto Lago

Carmini

The elegance of the outline of the Santa Maria dei Carmini church inspired this object as one both striking and unexpected. A renaissance of geometric lines dominates the space with its simple contours and asserts itself with as much of an organic feel as it presents as playfully interactive. Because of this piece’s rounded base and its walnut tray, Carmini always returns to its original position.

Cocal

Durmast & brass coated metal shelf

Medium 155x100x200 mm Big 185x125x250 mm

DESIGNER Matteo Aimini

Cocal

Among the animals that crowd Venice, the Cocal, which is what the local people call the seagull, is denitely the creature with the louder and bolder presence. The sound of its screeches stay in the memory, together with the salty smell of the sea. The shelf Cocal outlined on the wall has the wings of a seagull in the ever changing Lagoon sky. Installed in a composition, they become a ying ock.

Cupole

Wood & blown glass table container Small 103x130 mm Medium 150x155 mm Big 150x210 mm

DESIGNER Marco Zito

Cupole

As light deected, sparkles on the water, the church domes of Venice seem to oat above the city skyline with colours of shimmering iridiscence. The green dome of San Simeon piccolo welcomes visitors as they exit the train station, while the grey dome towers above the Basilica della Salute blurring the sky on cloudy days. The contrasting bright white of San Michele in Isola casts a brilliant illumination across the waters to the nearby Murano Island. These colours and textures of glass and wood express the long-held promise of these noble steeples; the wooden bases animate playfully with the colours joining shards of glass. Sentimental items and cherished mementos containing precious memories are placed inside these domesto serve as a shrine of grateful offering and documentable posterity.

Piova

Walnut or ash wood & glass lamp

230x160 mm

DESIGNER Damiano Frison

Piova

Sometimes water closes in on Venice from above. Raindrops crash into circles on the city's liquid surface, creating light ripples and playfully chiselling the waves. The game continues out at sea, in blurry, distorted reections under the vaults of bridges and porticos (sottoporteghi), the only shelters in this city of water. To echo these lively dynamics, Piova is designed to be easy to move and to create evocative drawings of light in any space.

Isole

Murrina glass & mahogany wood coffee table Mazzorbo 600x270x360 mm Poveglia 500x400x360 mm San Clemente 500x320x360 mm

DESIGNER Omri Revesz

Isole

The Venetian lagoon is studded with many islands, whether hidden or tentatively exposed beyond the water’s unassuming surface. Each islet tells a story of ancient treasures buried leagues beneath the sands of time; San Giorgio, Poveglia, Mazzorbo are some of their evocative names. The patient sculpting of the seasons inspires the careful crafting of the contours as the glass reects the peaks of earth and light until it meets the water’s edge. A sandblasted silhouette skilfully emerges by the artisan’s instinctive hand, Murrina Glass illuminating a prism of light as if the past were in the present, delicately unveiled.

Sfojo

An authentic slice of briccola Home feature

250/300x10 mm Each piece is a unique masterpiece

DESIGNER Lunardelli Venezia

Sfojo

Sfojo in Venetian means sole sh. It is characteristically at, concealing itself at the bottom of the sea until it becomes one with the sand. Likewise as with the briccola which acts like a typical durmast pole marking berths and waterways, passing its years in symbiosis with the lagoon oor and the water which lets them notch and carve away. Sfojo is an authentic slice of briccola, made by time and the sea and then recovered, weathered up to six months and treated by competent hands to give it a new light and a beautiful new life.

Masaneta

Wood & brass coated metal container Medium 195x115 mm Big 285x170 mm

DESIGNER Elisabetta Mancinelli

Masaneta

Just below the water surface, crabs among the long algae at times, or masanette in Venetian, are the silent and brisk inhabitants of fondamenta and rive. The wooden bottom of this object is enclosed by a sharpedged corolla all the way to the base, ending in a minute, poised shape, just like a masaneta’s paws.

Passo

Box set in mahogany wood & ‘murrina’ glass Curved 230x140x70 mm Medium 230x190x90 mm Long 330x110x100 mm

DESIGNER Omri Revesz

Passo

Intersecting with the waterfronts of Venice a trifecta of architecture, man and nature reunites a fascinating journey expressed by stepping gently into the cool, inviting wavy depths. The lid of this wooden box is made of glass and contains a tiered, secret passage leading down below; This proudly carpentered mahogany grain breathes life eternally, as gracefully its steady branches shoot, enveloping the vast unknown and extending the blue horizon. An ideal ornamental harbour to keep all your treasure safe.

Io e Te

Blown glass & a wooden tray

Tray 300x120x100 mm

DESIGNER Marco Zito

Io e Te

The landscape of the lagoon inspire this series, as it plays with the overlapping and interweaving of transparencies combining in these two glasses. The colour and contour of these matching glasses mesh together like a delicate watercolour painting. White fades out like fog wrapping itself around the ‘briccole’ in winter, while summer shades resemble the clear, azure sky. Violet and teal hues inspired by the artichokes grown in Sant’Erasmo. These lagoon visions lean on a long wooden jetty stretch out the imagination in an epic, romantic journey.
