Christmas Supported by the City Centre businesses of St Albans

Welcome

There’s a splendid array of events for you to enjoy this festive season including pantos, street parties, community singalongs and our brilliant market in the heart of St Albans. The market will operate every day from Saturday 14 December right up to Christmas Eve, and very Christmassy it will be! This year’s events are provided with community partners and sponsors, and we’d like to thank them all. City Centre businesses through the Business Improvement District (BID) have sponsored a charming family event in Christopher Place, some fun and interactive Christmas lights installations and much more! The stage at our two events on Sunday 15 and Sunday 22 December is being provided by Ye Olde Fighting Cocks and Brilliant Theatre Arts, and “Christmas at the Museum” is a collaboration between St Albans Museum + Gallery and St Albans Film Festival, with generous sponsorship from Morgan Sindall, The Maltings Shopping Centre, Dylan’s and the BID. This is the season of giving, and there will be plenty of opportunities to give to charity this year. St Albans City Centre pubs are planning a ‘Very Local Pub Charity Christmas’ and we’re partnering with St Albans Foodbank and local mental health charity ‘It’s OK to Say’ as well as lots more. Check enjoystalbans.com regularly for updates and follow #enjoystalbans on social media to get the full flavour.
