Standert Bicycles engineers and designs bicycles for various disciplines such as road, track and fixed gear, cross and city cycling.
Home and base to all our efforts is the Standert Bicycles Store & Café in the heart of Berlin. Combining our design center, workshop, showroom and café we have created a lively hub for Berlin’s cyclists - come and hang out, enjoy a good coffee, get your bike serviced and participate in our two weekly shop rides. Besides displaying our bicycles we also present a curated choice of cycling essentials, clothing and accessories.
The name Standert stands for both, the drive to establish a modern standard in simple yet aesthetically pleasing bicycle design as well as being a Berliner Slang term for when something that’s actually quite exciting has become part of the everyday.

Team Standert is our inhouse racing team. First and foremost a group of friends who train and race together, it also has the additional benefit for us to be the perfect testing platform all our bikes are developed in close cooperation with the riders to harness feedback on feel and performance in the most demanding conditions. Prototypes undergo long training hours and tough racing action, before we take the next steps toward production. If the Team is satisfied, we know we did a good job!

These are the two cornerstones we have in mind when going about the creation of our bicycles: Performance and aesthetics. One can never be without the other, they have to form a unity. 9
TRIEBWERK MACH 2
The Triebwerk is for riders who appreciate the timeless looks and unique ride feel only a steel frame offers - with the unrestrained liveliness and subtle powerfulness of a young horse this is a wonderful frame. Elegant and rewarding, resilient and reliable, that is the beauty of steel.
The oversized Columbus Life tubing is state-of-the-art steel, the best you can get, lightweight and sturdy, triple butted for stiffness in all the right places and comfort where it‘s needed. Combined with the 44mm headtube and the tapered full carbon 3T fork, the Triebwerk is a high end performance frameset that excels in all disciplines, be it fast paced criterium races or long distance marathon competitions.
The Triebwerk has a beautifully balanced geometry that handles fast and nimble, yet stays true to the line on fast descends. The fit is rather on the ‚racey‘ side, with a short headtube resulting in a more aerodynamic position.

KREISSÄGE A bike with a mission: smashing bike races. With an uncompromising focus on performance the Kreissäge is the playful, beligerent little brother of the Triebwerk.
Build for SRAM 1x, the Kreissäge is the perfect tool for fast crit racing. The frame is made from beautifully finished 6069 Aluminum, an alloy with very high tensile and fatigue strength. It will take a serious beating, it is light and more importantly very stiff. The super oversized headtube combined with a tapered 3T carbon fork result in solid steering under heavy load and the BB cluster with a PF30 shell joined to the large diameter downtube make sure that you get out what you put in.

Some years ago the track bike made its way to the streets. Fixed gear criterium racing was born and has now become a wildly popular race format all over the world. This new format needed a new type of bike, tailored to the needs of incredibly fast paced round course racing, with very tight corners, through which the pedals can never be stopped. For this we developed the Umlaufbahn. 23
UMLAUFBAHN E P. 2 After the Umlaufbahn Ep.1 stormed the crit scene it was time for the second generation. With all the pros of the first one and none of the cons.
The Umlaufbahn Ep.2 has the same race winning geometry of its predecessor. But with a new tube mix, a new head tube and the brand new power center it’s even stiffer and more durable.
This bike is made for racing. Crit, track, alley cat one bike to rule them all.

We dare say our commute bicycles will meet all your expectations and more. We didn’t make any compromise when creating what is essentially our own dream bike to take us around town every day.

Herr Standert is based on a fantastic handmade frame made of Reynolds 725 steel tubes, proven over decades to be everlasting and meticulously brazed by hand to a beautiful lug set. Internal cable routing to the brake and derailleur makes for a tidy appearance and protects the cables from wear and tear. The dropouts let you choose between singlespeed use or a geared setup. Fork and rear triangle have room for bigger tires for increased comfort and offroad use. Mounts for fenders and racks are at the ready to make sure you arrive in the office dry and clean and with all your necessary baggage. The agile, yet comfortable geometry and the beautifully executed paintjob finish dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s.
The same careful attention to detail that we put in the creation of the frame goes into the selection of the components. Every single part on the complete bikes is of the highest quality, all the way down to often neglected parts like bottom bracket, freewheel or pedals.
