WHEN MAKING THE OFFER, INSTRUCT YOUR NEW ASSOCIATE TO BRING THEIR I-9 DOCUMENTS AND THEIR DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION WITH THEM TO THEIR FIRST DAY OF WORK.

SCHEDULE AND PLAN TO COMPLETE ALL ONBOARDING TASKS WITH THE NEW ASSOCIATE AT THE BEGINNING OF THEIR FIRST SCHEDULED SHIFT. (30 MINUTES)

ON THE ASSOCIATESFIRST DAY, SIT DOWN WITH THE ASSOCIATE, PRINT AND COMPLETE THE ONBOARDING CHECKLIST (PROVIDED) ON THE DESKTOP VERSION OF WORKDAY IN THE LEADER’S OFFICE.

INSTRUCT YOUR NEW ASSOCIATETO RESPOND TO THE BACKGROUND CHECK INVITATION THEY WILL RECEIVE FROM SUPPORT@TURN.AI.

REVIEW YOUR “ONBOARDING OVERVIEW” TO ENSURE ALL NEW ASSOCIATES HAVE COMPLETED THEIR ONBOARDING.

RESPOND TO REQUESTS FROM PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IN A TIMELY MANNER.
