Program Changes / Refund Policy

Due to the fees owed to our program providers for their services and materials, campers wishing to switch their Specialty programming will not be refunded the additional Specialty fees.

► Families have until May 24, 2023, to request a full refund (less the $100 non-refundable deposit) of their camp fees. Cancellation requests must be received by email at

summercamp@sac.on.ca

► After May 24, families requesting a refund will be reimbursed 50% of the total amount paid. ► There will be no deferral of payments to the 2024 camp season.

Grouping Requests

Families wishing to have their similar-aged children grouped together submit this grouping request form by June 1 and email it to summercamp@sac.on.ca. Parents/ guardians from each family must sign. This form does not guarantee placement in the same group but will be used to help coordinate our groupings.

Kinderstars, One-der Kids, and Specialty campers are automatically grouped based on their program. Multi-Sport campers are grouped based on age to provide campers with the most enhanced camp experience.

Before submitting a grouping request, please consider that campers need to be within 18 months of one another, and grouping depends on the grade campers are entering in September, as well as their age

There will be no changes made to grouping arrangements on Monday mornings. If you or your camper have a concern about group placements, contact the Camp Office.
