This is my 2015 Mustang GT. I am the original owner of it. When I purchased it, it was meant to be my daily driver but quickly became a garage queen! It just hit 30,000 miles this year! In the 8 years of ownership, the car has come a long way. I never envisioned it would be what it is today. Hopefully over the coming years I can complete the build! Mods include Corsa long tube headers and full exhaust, Steeda lower springs/suspension upgrades, SCT X4 tuner with custom tune from Big3 Racing, and Anderson Composites carbon fiber all around the car.

I decided on a Shelby nose for the car, Saleen rear, and Cervinis side ground effects. I shaved the door handles and gas cap for a nice clean look. I also shaved the 1/4 glasses and put in place customized 1968 Shelby side scoops. Upon finishing the car up in 2008, I came across an 08 Shelby theft recovery with 40 miles on it. This is Joyce. She is a Kona Blue 2011 GT Premium. My Mustang passion started when I got my first Foxbody when I was 24 years old. It was a 1988 GT LX. I traded so many cars and trucks to get to a Foxbody. I’ve always wanted one since I rode in my friend’s Ford Mustang. The exhaust of the Mustang has a distinct sound you can pick out from any other car. My Coyote has 47 psi injectors, GT500 fuel pump, ported Boss 302 intake, Steeda air intake, GT500 Magnaflow quads mufflers with H pipe, RST 1200hp twin disc clutch, 410 gears, and 150 shot nitrous.

Within the first 500 miles, the car was up on a lift getting headers, intake, and tune. Since then I have wrapped the car and put a set of staggered Verde wheels on, in addition to the BMR lowering springs. Future plans for the car are to install a gen 5 3.0 Whipple and fuel system, followed by a drag set up for the weekend track events..

rated axles by The Driveshaft Shop, MBRP race exhaust, and a bad ass tune! She also runs on Mickey Thompson tires with Racestar wheels. All the work and tuning has been done by Kevin Hand of Wicked Motorsports in Toms River and with his expertise he has turned her into a 9 second car. Her best time so far is 9.98 seconds at 142 mph in the quarter mile on foot brake! My goal is to run prodial and brackets going forward. Some of the exterior modifications include an Anderson Composites carbon fiber trunk lid, Vis Racing carbon fiber hood, S550 auto parts carbon fiber euro sideview mirrors and quarter louvers, EMP rear diffuser, MMD grille, and I have other modifications coming in the future for her as well to make her faster. I can’t wait to see what she does.

Members of the STANG Mag family are more passionate about fun and inclusion than they are their cars and

that says a lot! I can’t wait to see what’s to come in

had been found and it was in Georgia. It was brand-new Race Red 2022 Shelby Cobra GT500. She was mine within an hour and we even had it figured out that the sales guy would bring it to me in PCB. So, I was confident she was meant to be mine. Now I am making new memories in the incredible piece of Ford machinery. It brings people together and makes you feel more of a family than anything I have ever dreamed it would do. But I can’t tell you how glad and proud I am to be in such a family of Mustang owners, a class of our own style. Never thought I would be so lucky to not only have had two Mustang GTs in my life, but to own my dream car, a new 2022 Shelby. Just the thought of being able to have a S550 body style Shelby was a dream come true and a very humbling thought. So,

2022!
