Northwell Healthcare Heroes Background As a token of appreciation in uncertain times, Northwell wanted to recognize their associates for their resilience. This included everyone in the healthcare system – doctors, nurses, facilities, kitchen crew, etc. Finding a universal way to say “thank you” can be challenging. EMS Week & Logistics Background West Florida wanted to hand out an item to each person on the EMS Team that arrived at a hospital within the division during EMS week. Each facility needed their own logo on the item, and they had to arrive within a 2-day window at each location. The items couldn’t arrive too early due to storage challenges and they couldn’t arrive late, or they would miss the event. To show their heartfelt appreciation to their dedicated EMS team, HCA West Florida was looking for a gift solution that would be useful with a high-perceived value.

Solution The Staples Promotional Products team worked quickly to ensure each item selected to present had enough inventory and could meet production deadlines. Before the presentation, the team spoke with EMS employees to confirm which item they would be excited to receive. In doing this research, we also found that the EMS Strong logo was very important to them. The tumbler, a fan favorite, was the final item selected by the client! Customized tumblers were produced and shipped to 13 different locations on time and on budget – making for a successful EMS week!
