GRAPHICS DEPARTMENT
HOW TO CONVERT A LOGO To take your client’s logo and art files to production they need to be in vector format. Common vector formats are .ai .eps .pdf (Files will need to be reviewed.) Files in .jpg .png format are not vector and will need to be redrawn.
A simple way to determine if your art file is vector is to zoom right in as close as possible. If the image stays crisp it’s vector.
REDRAW FEES We outsource artwork to a third-party company to redraw the art. The turnaround is under 24 hrs and can be rushed for an additional fee. To begin we need a customer name to bill and a PO number for the order. It needs to be an AILinc PO for AdNectar (vendor # 954749) so that AP can pay the vendor invoice. Once we have that we will send the order out. Program accounts can supply a docket number instead of a PO. Simple Redraw

CUSTOM ART & LICENSES When you request a product to be decorated, the Graphics Department needs to create artwork from scratch or source graphics to build upon. By downloading a stock image or graphic this will save the team and your client a lot of production time.
ARTWORK FEES It will not cost you or your client anything to present concepts. If the product that has approved artwork on it will be sold to the client it will then need a license*. The cost of the license should be applied to the order. A PO or docket number will be needed before final art files are sent over for production.
