E I T C Y O S TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Minimum order value should be Rs. 25,000 2) Product rates mentioned in requirement form and in final invoice may vary as per prevailing conditions and supply in the market 3) Order will be dispatched only upon successful payment of the order 4) Society champion has to collate the order of given articles from all apartments and place order together in a single form submission 5) Society needs to make arrangements for unloading and distributing to members. STAR will only deliver the goods to the society 6) Society needs to ensure that there is ample space for vehicle movement and unloading within the society; vehicle will be TATA 407 or similar 7) Society needs to arrange and ensure permissions for smooth entry and exit of our vehicle; vehicle waiting for delivery at location will be highly inconvenient 8) Any contact and communication with us will be via Whatsapp text only on the number shared by us; call supports is currently unavailable 9) Payment mode will be only online; no cash/card swipe transaction is available (only NEFT/ IMPS/ RTGS/ UPI) 10) Post payment, orders cannot be modified, replaced or returned unless there is quality issue or damage 11) Quality/Damage of products are to be highlighted when the order is being unloaded 12) Order can be placed/delivered at any time between 9am in the morning to 6pm
