DRY FRUIT MILKSHAKE RECIPE Healhty, nutritious and f illing dry fruit milkshake

INGREDIENTS Pistas (2tbsp) • Almonds (10 pieces) • Cashews (10 pieces) • Dried figs (2 pieces) Dates (3 pieces, chopped) Cardamom (3 pieces) • Milk (3 cups)

METHOD Soak almonds, pistas, cashews and figs in water for 1 hour • Peel off the almond skin • Drain and add the ingredients to a blending jar • Add cardamom and chopped dates • Pour 1 cup milk and blend them well to a smooth mixture • Add the remaining milk and blend again • Garnish the milkshake with sliced nuts
