Richardson & Wrench have had another successful in-room auction with three properties sold on the night and an additional three homes expected to go under contract. Buyers and onlookers packed the Sheraton room with many standing at the back of the room to catch all of the action. Chief Auctioneer Peter Baldwin captured the crowd with his unique and engaging presentation of luxury properties. Richardson & Wrench Noosa co-principal Jennifer Carr said the in-room auction was a great start to the auction season with ten properties available on the night.
