ASCOT LAUNCHED IN PAKENHAM ONE of Australia’s largest property fund managers, Industry Superannuation Property Trust (ISPT), has announced the launch of ‘Ascot’ in Pakenham, located on the site of the former Pakenham Racecourse. The $80 million project encompasses a 27-hectare infill site located within the heart of Pakenham’s town centre and adjacent to the existing train station, making Ascot the most inter-connected estate in the entire Cardinia Shire growth corridor.
