C21 award night rains gold IT WAS raining gold for the Conolly Hay Century 21 group who took out numerous awards at the C21 State Awards, last week. Agency newcomer Jason Wedge stole the show with his gold award for Gross Closed Commissions between $70,000 and $100,000. Jason said the award was a big surprise but he felt very privileged to be recognised for such an award by Century 21. “Assisting buyers with their real estate needs is a profession that I absolutely love,” he said. “Seeing the smiles on the faces of my clients makes all the hard work worthwhile.” Co-principal Mike Hay only just missed out on a platinum award but still went home with the honour of a gold. Mike said the awards were a great success for the Noosa-based agency. “We are very proud of the team’s achievement,” he said. “This is a great result for both the Conolly Hay Group and our clients.” Co-principal David Conolly was awarded for Gross Closed Commissions between $100,000 and $180,000. Overall, the Conolly Hay Group placed third in the region, fourth in the whole state and 21st in the country.
