ONE of Melbourne’s most anticipated new communities, ‘Ascot’ in Pakenham is officially off and racing as potential purchasers braved the elements to camp out ahead of the project’s public launch last month, to secure their preferred block of land in this prime infill development. Located on the site of the former Pakenham Racecourse, Ascot recorded 19 sales in quick succession over the opening weeks, with approximately 50 per cent of the first release now sold as buyers continue to snap up blocks at this in-demand community.
