Century 21 in the pink CENTURY 21 Conolly Hay Group will turn its world-famous gold jackets pink for the month of October, in an effort to raise awareness and funds for the Cancer Council’s Pink Ribbon campaign. Staff will wear the limited edition pink jackets at auctions, open homes and out in the community during October. Cancer Council’s Pink Ribbon campaign
supports women affected by breast and gynaecological cancers and raises funds for vital cancer research, prevention programs and support services. According to the Cancer Council, one in eight Australian women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. Cancer Council Australia spokesperson Jane Hutchison said it was fantastic to
have the world’s largest real estate sales organisation supporting the Cancer Council in such an unique and visible way. “We would like to thank all the Century 21 staff for their support of the Pink Ribbon campaign,” she said. Century 21 Australia hopes to raise over $100,000 for the Cancer Council during the month of October.

Style stacks up for design winners TWO local designers have taken out top awards at the National Association of Building Designers (NABD) inaugural National Building Design Awards. Noosa-based designer Gerard Smith Designs has won three awards for the already multiple award-winning build called River House. Located in Minyama, the house can now add National Building Design of the Year, Best Residential Interior Design and Best New Residential Design over $1 million to an already impressive list of awards.
