The agent is going to charge us a break lease fee and advertising…can they legally do this? However, if a tenant wishes to break the agreement and vacate the property before the ixed term expires, the tenant is responsible for the following:

Million dollar babies SYDNEY has taken out nine of the top 10 most expensive suburbs for units in Australia, according to RP Data’s latest figures. RP Data has collated the median unit value for suburbs throughout Australia, with the Sydney suburb of Dawes Point boasting the most expensive median unit value of $2,415,280. In at second place is the harbour-side suburb of Point Piper at $1,895,370. Followed by Darling Point in third place, with an average monthly mortgage repayment of $4000 and median value of $1,421,921. The inner-city suburb of Millers Point,

located adjacent to The Rocks, is in fourth place with a median unit value of $1,226,920. While Cabarita, located 16km west of the Sydney CBD, comes in at a close fifth with a median value of $1,191,102. Rounding out the top 10 are Milsons Point, home of Luna Park, in sixth place at $1,128,607. The Rocks, with views of Sydney Harbour and access to the ferry, rail and bus service, is in seventh place with a median value of $1,079,725. In at eighth place is the harbourside suburb of Cremorne Point, located just 6km from the city, with a median unit value of $1,029,538.
