Most of us will sell every seven or more years, in fact the average person will sell 4-5 times in a lifetime. A good real estate agent will do this in a month, some of the countries top performers will do this in a week! So for the average Joe it's hard to develop great selling skills if you only do it every seven or more years. During that time markets and legislation will have changed dramatically and the choices you will need to make selling your family home may be different to the ones you made when you last sold. As boring as it sounds people need to do their homework and that's were this page will hopefully help. I've based it on questions that I'm asked on a regular basis to solve.
